About the project
TRACKER is a proprietary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system developed by Virtual Building Studio to power its world-class Dedicated Resource Model (DRM). Designed specifically to manage a high-performance talent pool of 150+ vetted architects and engineers, TRACKER serves as the operational backbone that enables VBS to consistently deliver exceptional results to 300+ satisfied clients across the AEC industry.Built in-house to reflect the unique needs of a distributed, project-based staffing model, TRACKER integrates every critical function—from resource allocation and timesheet management to project profitability tracking and quality assurance. The system ensures that our top 1% talent is optimally deployed, closely monitored, and seamlessly integrated into our clients' teams. By combining intelligent resource management with real-time analytics, TRACKER enables VBS to deliver four times the efficiency our clients expect while maintaining the quality standards that have earned us an industry-leading NPS score of 8.
Objective
Create an integrated platform that would enable Virtual Building Studio to scale its Dedicated Resource Model and One-Off Projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accountability, and client satisfaction. The system needed to manage complex resource allocation, track project delivery across multiple clients, maintain team productivity, and provide transparent reporting that demonstrates ROI and value delivery.
